About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Junior HR & Admin Executive to join our team at KMT GROUP.
What you'll be doing
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, training, maintenance of personnel files, HR standard reporting and other HR-related support.
- In charge of lorry driver commissions and managing employee SOCSO claims.
- Liaise with relevant government departments such as JTK, EPF, SOCSO and HRDF.
- Process and submit HRDF levy claims for training sessions.
- Coordinate, monitor and schedule annual performance and confirmation reviews.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role, preferably in the consulting or generalist HR industry
- Multi-tasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR software
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours during payroll periods if required
- No experience are also welcomed as training will be provided
- Work location: Megan Avenue 1 (nearby MRT/LRT Ampang Park station)
