Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur
RM 2,800 – RM 4,500 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting and admin tasks
Perform data using AutoCount
Prepare monthly and project reports
Maintain employee records and HR documents
Screen resumes and arrange interviews
Onboarding processes
Coordinate staff claims, leave
Assist management with scheduling and reporting
Liaise with external parties (auditors, tax agents, etc.)
Perform general office duties (filing, office supplies, etc.)
Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, HR, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
Familiar with AutoCount or similar accounting software
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Mandarin is an advantage
