Assistant Accounts Admin

Account Cum Admin Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions as well as providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the organization. This role requires a combination of financial management skills and organizational capabilities to maintain accurate records, prepare financial reports, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties**:
- **Bookkeeping & Record Maintenance**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- **Financial Reporting**:
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Provide financial summaries for management review.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Ensure proper invoicing and follow up on overdue accounts.
- **Tax Compliance**:
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Maintain records for tax filings and assist with audits.
- **Payroll Management**:
- Ensure timely payments of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
**Administrative Duties**:
- **Office Management**:
- Handle day-to-day office operations including managing supplies, office equipment, and communication systems.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Document Handling**:
- Organize and maintain company records, documents, and files.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- **Communication**:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
**Other Duties**:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years in an accounting or administrative role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (AutoCount Software.).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Can speak Mandarin, English & Malay
- Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
