Manager - Specialty Claims (Marine and Aviation)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our** Specialty Claims**team at **Marsh Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd.** This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

**Specialty Claims (Marine and Aviation)**
- The Specialty Claims team for Marine and Aviation manages complex claims related marine and aviation insurance, ensuring accurate assessment, processing, and resolution of in accordance with relevant policies and regulations.
- The team collaborates clients, underwriters, and various stakeholders to provide expert guidance, maintain communication, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance claims operations and management.

**We will count on you to**:

- Monitor high-complexity claims reports to ensure accurate record production and distribution.
- Organize incoming documentation from clients and underwriters, providing guidance and feedback to colleagues.
- Review documentation receipt via mail or phone to maintain professional communication with insurers, clients, and underwriters, ensuring materials are catalogued and accessible.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on claims policies, delivering comprehensive briefings on best practices and key considerations to enhance their understanding and compliance.
- Contribute to improvement initiatives related to claims operations and management, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives within the client's organization.
- Analyze claims information for compliance with local service standards, create standard templates for claims forms and audit claim files for missing information.

**What you need to have**:

- At least a **Bachelor’s degree in any field**
- ** Minimum of 5 years experience in handling Marine Claims**
- High Proficiency in using **MS Office Application**
- ** Ability to converse proficiently in English**
- Good work ethics with high level of integrity, **detailed oriented, compliant and process driven**
