**Responsibilities**:

- **1. Customer Engagement**_
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across all communication platforms.
- Answer product-related questions and address customer concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- **2. Sales Strategy & Execution**_
- Develop and execute sales strategies, including promotions and campaigns.
- Work towards achieving the Sales Team Target with a focus on closing deals.
- Track sales data and report progress regularly to the team.
- **3. Flexibility & Availability**_
- Be willing to work during weekends, nights, and flexible hours to ensure customer needs are met.
- **4. Feedback Loop**_
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the internal team to improve products and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Languages: Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Skillset:

- Fast learner with a strong passion for sales and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attitude:

- Highly motivated and proactive.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
