You will be working with CEO and Management Level of the company. Revenue cum Channel Manager responsible for both strategic and tactical initiatives related to revenue maximization. You will have the opportunity to set strategic direction, determine pricing, create promotions, and explore new distribution opportunities. You will own the implementation of a business plan and product strategy.
**Requirements**:
- (preferred) **Hotel Management** / Business / Mass Com / Hotel Business related Diploma or Degree. FRESH GRAD ARE WELCOME. 1-3years of experience in related field.
**Job Scope**:
- You will join the Operation team and be instrumental in the setup of your department, This position is responsible for maximizing operational manpower and process thorough through Collaboration with external parties such as suppliers, contractor, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc. This position will also manage the operation team.
- Evaluate hotel performance, inspect room regularly and enforce strict operational standard to achieve 4 Star Quality
- Maximise the utilisation of the staff to achieve optimum standards of service and value for hotel guests and goal.
- Work with Operation Management Team to determine effective and engaging operational goal which are then offered in to the operation team to contribute for both operation team and customer success
- Work with CEO and Operation Members to develop operational policy, business strategies and action plans to achieve goals
- Plays an active role in the Strategic Planning, Operation Plan and Review and Budget Process
- Manage all aspects of business and operation and accountable for its overall performance.
