**Job Specifications**
- Responsible to processing sales orders, contract and customer return.
- In charge of daily operational needs such as following up on Sales Orders delivery, shipment schedules.
- Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow and enforce the company's Sales policies and procedures.
- Responsible for process and verify order according to SLA.
- Maintain and liaise with Sales and Warehouse department to ensure timely deliveries that could result in reduce inventory aging.
- Trigger Procurement department for stock purchase and follow up with procurement to ensure stock ETA within agreed timeline.
- Validate customer return according to guideline and triggered procurement for vendor return.
- Assist Sales Team in printing of commercial/proformal invoice.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred 2 years of working experience as procurement or related position.
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
- Excellent communications and organizational skills with external and internal customers.
- Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in Operation environment and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
