**About the role**:
As a **Sales Executive**, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding their market presence and delivering exceptional value to customers. You’ll actively seek out new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients, positioning their product as a must-have solution. By understanding each customer’s unique needs, you’ll tailor compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate how their product stands out in the market. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, exceed sales targets, and play a key role in your client’s continued success. **Responsibilities**:

- **Drive New Business Development**: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Conduct market research, generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals, and convert prospects into long-term clients to contribute to overall revenue growth.
- **Manage and Nurture Client Relationships**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing consistent support, understanding evolving business needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Aim to build trust and encourage long-term partnerships that result in repeat business and referrals.
- **Understand Customer Needs and Offer Tailored Solutions**: Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their challenges, goals, and operational requirements. Use this insight to recommend customized solutions that effectively position the company’s products or services as strategic value-adds.
- **Present, Negotiate, and Close Sales**: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Handle pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and objection handling with professionalism, leading to successful deal closures and positive customer experiences.
- **Collaborate Across Departments for Seamless Execution**: Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services. Serve as a liaison between the client and internal stakeholders to address any issues promptly and maintain service excellence.
- **Achieve Sales Targets and Maintain Records**:Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas and contribute to team goals. Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools to ensure transparency, accountability, and strategic follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
