**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **Customer Success Specialist** who enjoys working directly with customers—guiding them through onboarding, resolving challenges, and helping them get the most value from our platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on day-to-day interaction with users, enjoys solving practical problems, and takes ownership of each customer’s journey.You will be the customer’s go-to person from the moment they come on board—supporting them through setup, usage, and ongoing success with ChatDaddy.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers after onboarding begins
- Support customers through product setup, walkthroughs, and usage best practices
- Build strong working relationships with business owners and decision-makers through regular, meaningful communication
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and follow through to resolution
- Share relevant product tips and suggestions to improve customer outcomes and satisfaction
- Monitor customer activity and flag potential issues early to prevent churn
- Reach out consistently to check on progress, offer support, and maintain high engagement
- Suggest relevant features or plan upgrades based on each customer’s evolving needs
- Log all interactions, feedback, and outcomes in our CRM to keep records up to date
- Collaborate closely with the product and support teams to relay customer feedback and ensure a smooth customer experience

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in a **Customer Success**, **Account Management**, or similar client-facing role, ideally within SaaS or tech
- Comfortable managing a portfolio of customer accounts and providing tailored support
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first, problem-solving mindset
- Proactive in spotting trends, resolving issues, and keeping users engaged
- Skilled in using CRM systems and support tools
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized in managing follow-ups and tasks
- Comfortable working independently and staying close to both the product and customer
- Experience with WhatsApp automation or similar communication platforms is a plus
- Must be able to communicate confidently in conversational Chinese

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
