**About the Role**

Are you someone who enjoys helping others succeed? Do you find joy in building long-term relationships and guiding people through new experiences? If so, we’d love to meet youWe're looking for a **Customer Success Specialist**to join our friendly and supportive team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients — helping them feel confident, supported, and excited about using ChatDaddy.You’ll guide clients from the very beginning of their journey, provide helpful tips along the way, and ensure they continue getting value from our platform over time.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a key point of contact, you’ll:

- **Support and guide** new clients through setup and onboarding, making sure they feel comfortable and confident.
- **Build strong relationships** through friendly and regular check-ins.
- **Help clients explore more value** in our platform — many use only a small part of the features, and your suggestions will make their lives easier.
- **Encourage smart automation use** to improve how they work.
- **Listen actively** to client feedback and share their ideas with our team to make ChatDaddy even better.
- **Assist with renewals and upsells** by identifying opportunities that truly benefit the customer.
- **Troubleshoot issues with care** and follow up to make sure clients feel supported every step of the way.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re excited to meet someone who:

- Has **2-5 years** of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or other client-facing roles — preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Speaks both English and Chinese (required) and feels confident **reading, writing, and chatting**with clients in Chinese.
- Brings a **warm, solution-focused attitude** and loves helping others succeed.
- Is organized and confident using tools like CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Enjoys working independently but loves being part of a collaborative team.
- Is proactive — someone who notices small things before they become big problems.

Experience with WhatsApp automation or similar platforms is a plus, but not required — we’ll support your learning

**What You’ll Get**
