Position: Customer Success Executive (PE) Full Time, Day shift, On-site (in office) Location: Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Apply to: Careers@combinesell.com Role and Responsibility: Managing of Client Onboarding; responsible to process client’s onboarding journey including setting up E-Commerce Accounts, Reviewing of Client’s Requirement’s for Listing & Design Leading client journey to measure client happiness and providing feedback to the relevant team as the voice of merchants through multiple feedback channels and directly from the engagement with the merchants. Responsible and be involved for Client’s Briefing, Pre-Production, Production, Go Live Stages Required to go above and beyond in supporting onboarded merchants' inquiries and issues via phone, email. Leading client journey to measure client happiness and providing feedback to the relevant team as the voice of client through multiple feedback channels and directly from the engagement with the merchants. Experience building positive relationships and influencing others. Leading and coordinating communication to ensure flawless engagements with clients, partners, and Client Account Managers Ability to shift from developing high level strategies to effective execution, influencing at every level and driving decisions through appropriate collaboration Having a deep understanding of clients’ needs and business objectives. Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus. Strong operational discipline with an analytical and process-oriented mindset Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and understand their requirements. Conduct meetings with internal teams to discuss projects brief, progress and to ensure projects objectives are attained. Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry Requirements: Prior experience in Customer Success/Project Management is a plus point. Problem-Solver & Independent. Excellent Verbal & Written Communication (English). Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous. Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office and Excel (Industry Standard) Excellent communication skill and being able to think fast on your feet is a MUST. Fresh graduates who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply. Experience in sales, customer service, customer support, account management is a huge plus. Diligent and willing to go the extra mile for your clients. Flexible and able to adapt to different working style with different types of clients. Able to strive and perform under pressure. Possess good work ethics and integrity Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges. Working full time on-site (in office at Q Sentral) Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred) Degree in any field. Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent major is a plus
