**About the Role**
As being a Customer Success, you will be a trusted partner for our clients — ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and providing ongoing support to help them fully leverage ChatDaddy’s platform. Your work will be key in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by building strong relationships and proactively addressing client needs.
**What You’ll Do**
**Key Responsibilities**
In this role, you'll help:
- Guide customers to get more out of ChatDaddy — many clients only use a small part of the platform, so you’ll help them explore key features and see more value.
- Support customers through training, pricing, and change — make sure they understand how everything works and help their teams adjust smoothly when needed.
- Encourage better product adoption — show clients how to use automation and AI tools in daily tasks to work faster and more efficiently.
- Keep an eye on usage and engagement — check in with clients regularly and reach out early if they seem to be losing interest or using the platform less.
- Collect and share feedback with the team — help improve the product by passing along what customers like, what confuses them, or what they need.
**Day-to-Day Activities**
- Be the main point of contact for customers from onboarding onward
- Guide clients through setup, training, and help them make the most of key features
- Check in regularly to keep communication clear and maintain strong client engagement
- Support renewal discussions and identify opportunities for upsells or upgrades
- Share simple tips and suggestions to help customers improve their results
- Troubleshoot common issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Work closely with product and support teams to share customer feedback and improve the overall experience
**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and provide tailored support
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using CRM and support tools with strong organizational skills
- Self-starter who works independently while staying closely connected to customers and the product
- Experience with WhatsApp automation or similar platforms is a plus
- Confident conversational Chinese communication skills required

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
