An opening for 2 positions. A new, vibrant company seeking to hire young, ambitious and driven Key Account, you will assist in managing client relationships, provide customer support, and contribute to sales efforts. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, along with Basic Microsoft Office and Editing Template Design. The position offers a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain, update & execute our social marketing to ensure its effectiveness.
- Assist senior account executives in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Support the management of existing client accounts.
- Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of client issues.
- Follow up and assist new project and ongoing project
**Requirements**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Basic Editing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent, or bachelor's degree encouraged
- Enjoy working with the teams
Added Advantage:
- Fluency in additional languages, such as Mandarin, would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO, Local SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Website builder (CMS)

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
