**BIOCHEM LABORATORIES SDN BHD**is currently open for vacancies for

**Position: Accounts Executive**

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting Or Professional Qualification from recognised institution.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Computer knowledge required (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, SQL Accounting System)
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Responsible person, possess positive working mindset, good attitude, willing to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- To handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Keep track of collection from customers.
- To issue monthly statement of accounts.
- Controlling credit and work closely with sales executive and operation department in payment matters.
- Ability to accurately & efficiently enter data into accounting software.
- Process and prepare payments to vendors.
- Handle staff claim, petty cash and reimbursement.
- To perform proper filing of documentation.
- Prepare yearly audit schedules and handle audit & tax queries.
- Assist in HR and office admin where necessary.
- Other duties/ad hoc and when assigned.

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
