**1. Financial Leadership & Strategy**:

- Lead the finance team in developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Provide variance analysis and strategic recommendations to support decision-making at executive and board levels.
- Drive cash flow forecasting and treasury management to ensure sufficient liquidity and optimize working capital.

**2. External Relations & Funding**:

- Lead collaboration and negotiations with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure loans, credit facilities, and other financing structures aligned with company strategy.
- Build and maintain strong banking and investor relationships to support business growth.

**3. Financial Reporting & Compliance**:

- Ensure timely and accurate statutory and management reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee corporate tax, sales & service tax, and other statutory filings; ensure adherence to local tax regulations.

**4. Audit & Governance**:

- Manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring strong documentation, transparency, and resolution of findings.
- Design and strengthen internal control and risk management systems across all business units.

**5. Team Management & Development**:

- Lead, coach, and develop finance staff to build a high-performing finance function.
- Allocate resources effectively and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

**6. Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as the finance business partner to senior management, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Deliver clear, data-driven financial insights and recommendations to support corporate strategy and growth initiatives.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent. Professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA/CIMA) required.
- 7-10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong track record in financial planning, reporting, and corporate financing.
- Experience in managing banking relationships, funding strategies, and treasury operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly to senior leadership.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
