**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with growth objectives and _IPO_ readiness.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and board on financial matters.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management.
- Lead financial due diligence for IPO readiness and collaborate with legal and external advisors.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Manage capital structure, optimize fund utilization, and build relationships with financial institutions.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement financial systems and enhance existing systems for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards, preparing necessary disclosures.

**Key Requirements**
- Influencing and relationship management skills.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a _manufacturing or metal fabrication company._
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IPO processes and regulations.
- Ability to work proactively as part of a total teamwork approach.
- Knowledge of relevant financial software and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for business improvement work style.
- Experience working in a rapidly growing company is a plus.
- Exceptional financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive financial innovation and optimize processes.

Pay: RM320,000.00 - RM400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
