We are looking for an all-around **Project Manager** to lead Workday Payroll Integrations for enterprise clients. You will drive end-to-end project execution—planning, budgeting, risk tracking—while uniting HR, Payroll, IT and vendor teams. This role upholds EPAM delivery standards and requires strong stakeholder communication and reporting.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead Workday Payroll Integration projects from initiation to go-live (scope, budget, timeline, risk)
- Develop stream-level project plans, allocate efforts, track KPIs and support minor budget adjustments with Account Managers
- Coordinate design, configuration, testing, migration and cut-over activities between Workday and external systems
- Act as the primary liaison across internal teams (HR, IT, Payroll) and third-party vendors
- Produce clear and consistent customer/internal project reports, escalating risks proactively
- Contribute as a Workday Payroll SME in pre-sales or cross-sell/up-sell discussions.
- Support change management and deliver Workday-specific training and onboarding

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of total project delivery experience, with 2+ years in hands-on project coordination/management across multiple projectsProven experience in Workday Payroll integration (design migration testing
- support)
- Strong command of Payroll, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management and Project Management methodologies
- Familiarity with SDLC models, budgeting basic and Fixed Price / T&M engagement models
- Excellent verbal and written English, capable of summarizing status, risks and metrics clearly
- Strong technical exposure to Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs

**Nice to have**
- Preferred: PMP or Workday certifications
