**Job Description: IT Project Manager - Global Banking, Delivery & Operations**

**Position**: IT Project Manager

**General Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate projects, organize resources, and oversee project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Streamline IT solutions to meet organizational needs effectively.
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Execute project tactics to achieve objectives within time and budget constraints.
- Maintain project team focus and momentum towards goal achievement.
- Manage budget, staffing, and team responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Plan, manage, and execute projects until successful completion.
- Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

**Project Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire project from an IT perspective.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report to stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address obstacles promptly.
- Identify and manage project issues and risks, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary objectives and adjust constraints as needed.
- Lead project tasks, delegate responsibilities, and review deliverables.
- Facilitate project communication, including status reporting and organizing meetings.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise project management standards and methodologies.
- Plan and coordinate internal/external resources and third-party vendors.
- Measure and track project performance to analyze goal achievement.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Experience in global banking or financial services industry is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (**e.g., PMP, ITIL**) are a plus.
