**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and driven **Business Development Executive** to spearhead the growth of Pinnacle Mothercare Academy across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, forging partnerships, expanding our licensee base, and promoting our premium postpartum care training courses.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, especially in:
- Universities, nursing schools, and healthcare institutions
- Licensing partners for new training centers or confinement services
- Postpartum home care & international student recruitment
- Conduct market research to understand trends in postpartum education and maternity care
- Present and pitch our academy’s courses and licensing opportunities to prospective partners
- Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and government agencies
- Assist in building franchising/licensing models for our academy offerings
- Support marketing campaigns and events related to course launches and recruitment
- Collaborate closely with the course/training and marketing teams to align growth initiatives
- Maintain strong follow-up and account management with prospects and partners
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles (healthcare or education sector preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet KPIs
- Willing to travel when necessary (domestic and regional)

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
