**Business Development Executive**

The **Business Development Executive** will assist the Business Development Manager in identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the Oil and Gas sector, particularly in renewable energy. This role is responsible for coordinating with internal teams, assisting in strategy implementation, and managing client relationships to meet the company's business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Business Development Manager in implementing strategies to achieve business goals, including organizing and planning projects.
- Coordinate daily customer service operations, respond to client inquiries, and address complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to support the adjustment of product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Identify sales opportunities and assist in the development of go-to-market plans, contributing to the growth of the company’s market share.
- Monitor the progress of weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives, reporting on performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into business strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of renewable energy supply pricing, and support the development of business cases for investment projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of business development activities.
- Assist in marketing the company’s values and competitive offerings at industry events, helping to raise the profile of the organization in the renewable energy market.

**Capabilities**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Good analytical skills to assess customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or understanding of the Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software for reporting and analysis.

**Job requirements**:

- Good clear communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Must be self-motivated to find suppliers and establish close relationships with suppliers and potential suppliers to purchase waste oil from them.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationship with people at all levels.
- Must have own transport.
- Preferable with min 3 year(s) of similar working experience.
- Positive, energetic and possess a pleasant personality.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel around the Klang Valley.
- Excels in time management and effective planning.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
