**_Job Responsibilities:_**
- Customize the advertising strategy for search engines such as Google, Baidu, Toutiao, 360, Sogou, and information flow marketing platforms such as Tencent, Toutiao, Baidu, Facebook, Twitter for mobile games on the WAP platform.
- Execute SEM promotion plans and monitor and optimize advertising
performance.
- Manage and maintain bidding ranking accounts, adjust them promptly based on industry characteristics, optimize various keyword qualities, track daily consumption traffic, and consider the relevance of keywords to the industry, customer interest, and presentation formats comprehensively.
- Monitor advertising performance in real-time and make timely adjustments based on the competitive situation on respective search engines.
- Track and analyze the relevance of incoming traffic, write stage data reports, and propose follow-up optimization plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitors' advertising strategies and channels, and develop effective optimizations based on the analysis results.
- Responsible for the daily management of SEM accounts on various channels & official websites, continuously improve and expand SEM traffic and performance.
- Conduct data analysis for SEM projects and continuously identify existing issues within the projects.

**_Job Requirements:_**
- Approximately 2 years of relevant industry experience, familiarity with search engine and information flow advertising business and backend management, and proficiency in operating related supporting software.
- Rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience in SEM, including account setup, structural optimization, promotion cost control, and keyword quality improvement techniques.
- Proficient in keyword advertising models of search engines, familiar with Chinese search engines, and have practical operational experience.
- Familiar with advertising placements on Baidu Information Flow, Toutiao Information Flow, and Tencent Information Flow, and proficient in managing information flow advertising platforms.
- Highly sensitive to changes in data, active thinking, and possess strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
- **Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification.**:
