**Job Summary**:
Samadhi Retreats, a luxury hospitality group is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who shares a passion for excellence, conveys a positive attitude and epitomizes honesty and integrity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish operational processes and define workflows, creating clarity of roles and responsibilities to ensure best practices in campaign management. And subsequently, drive continuous efficiency and improvements for these processes.
- Manage strategic projects and transformations within Marketing and across departments and teams.
- Understand the marketing technology stack by partnering with the respective team and manage vendor relationships to identify and implement tools and improve existing tools/tracking/tagging to set our marketing teams up for success.
- Work with other departments (such as sales, operation, IT, Admin etc.) as key marketing stakeholder in cross-functional projects.
- Respond to changing market trends and requirements by keeping an eye out for new practices and technologies that will improve and optimize the marketing departments performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years working experience in a related field or management consulting
- Good project and stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation skills is a plus
- High level of initiative with a good ability to perform under time pressure or tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau and any of these programming languages Big Query / SQL / SAS / R / Python is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Minimally a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Admin, Marketing or related fields

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
