**Boxgreen** is seeking a dynamic **Performance Marketing Executive** to elevate our paid digital marketing campaigns. As a key player in our marketing team, you'll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across multiple platforms, directly impacting our growth and success.

**Campaign Management & Optimisation**
- Launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Shopee, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
- Manage performance against key KPIsadjusting bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
- Design and run A/B tests to improve creative and platform performance.
- Lead end-to-end execution of major e-commerce campaigns, including Double Day sales (7.7, 11.11), Black Friday, and Payday events

**Analytics & Insights**
- Turn data into actionable insights using tools like GA4, Google Analytics, and SQL.
- Build clear and visual reports to communicate whats working and whats next.
- Spot performance trends and test new customer segments or channels.

**Strategy & Innovation**
- Propose growth roadmaps using new audience strategies, creatives, or platforms.
- Stay ahead of digital trendsexperiment with new tools and tactics beyond best practices.
- Collaborate with creatives and product teams to bring high-impact campaigns to life.

**Requirements**:

- ** 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid search, social media, and/or marketplace advertising**:

- Proven success in launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta, TikTok, and Shopee Ads
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- A sharp analytical mindsetyou love testing hypotheses, learning fast, and making data-driven decisions
- Proficient with tools like GA4, Google Analytics, and bonus if youre familiar with SQL or Omniture
- A detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- A strong communicator who can distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Based near Kuala Lumpur or able to attend monthly onsite meetings in the KL area
