- Monitor campaign performance by analyzing data and implementing improvements to optimize results.
- Engage with social media followers by responding to comments, running contests, and managing promotions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitor strategies.
- Use market insights to refine marketing strategies and product positioning while ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.

**Required Skills and Experiences**
- **Digital Marketing**:
Proficient in managing digital advertising campaigns through platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and online marketplaces. Able to monitor performance and optimize ad spend effectively.
- **Creativity**:
Skilled in creating innovative and impactful marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- **Analytical Skills**:
Strong ability to analyze performance data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven improvements to campaigns and strategies.
- **Communication Skills**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and delivering clear marketing messages.
- **Ads and Campaign Management**:
Experience in handling advertising across platforms like Facebook, Google, and online marketplaces to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- **Attention to Detail**:
Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality marketing materials and consistent branding.
- **Project Management**:
Highly organized and able to handle multiple marketing campaigns and initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- **Adaptability**:
Flexible and quick to adjust to evolving market trends, platform updates, and customer preferences.
- **Teamwork**:
Collaborative and able to work effectively with team members to achieve company objectives.
- **Education**:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Location**:
Must be willing to work in Bandar Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram, Johor.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
