We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Human Resources Executive** to manage general HR functions and oversee foreign worker affairs, including transportation and accommodation. This role also includes administrative tasks such as arranging hotel bookings and transportation for company guests and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources Functions**:

- Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee relations, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll preparation and support HR-related audits and reports.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance-related issues.

**Administrative Support**:

- Arrange hotel bookings, airport transfers, and transport pick-up/drop-off for company guests, clients, and visitors.
- Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and staff activities.
- Manage administrative duties such as office supplies procurement, filing, and correspondence when needed.
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor law regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good interpersonal, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and travel locally as required.
- Possess own transport.
- Fresh graduates are mostly welcome

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
