**Operations**:

- Manage outlet(s) and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards, including revenues, food costs, budgets, inventories and discipline in the outlet(s)
- Lead FandB team by attracting, recruiting, training, creating work schedules and appraising talented personnel
- Dealing with employee conflict, irate customers and wrong stock orders and being able to come up with a solution quickly
- Ensure all staff are meeting all established standards of service. Monitor and test service skills of staff, retrain and reinforce all standards on food and quality and service details daily. Provide feedback and appraisals as necessary.
- Work closely with the Marketing team in the development of marketing initiatives, menu items, and other items to stimulate growth in sales for each outlet and a variety of latest market developments.
- Ensure that an effective Work Order system is maintained for rectification of any defective items/services and ensure that these are addressed in a timely manner
- Manage rider(s) schedule and delivery systems

**Audit/SOP/Training**:

- Maintains operations by establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Ensuring that company´s policies, rules and regulations, Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) is comply by subordinates and vendor as per expectation
- Perform regular audit to ensure that subordinates and suppliers are meeting contractual obligations to the client
- Ensure that the site is well maintained and correctly furnished/stocked to operate to maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOP’s, Health and Safety Policies, company’s policies, etc

**Customer Service**:

- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; identify customers’ needs, analysis and resolving quality and customer service problems proactively; identifying trends; recommending system improvements; implementing change
- Liaise closely with the client on-site representatives to address problems and/or enhance working environment performance
- Assist in scheduling reservations and functions or special events in all FandB outlets. Ensure that all aspects are communicated to the culinary team and to all other site supervisors in the FandB department to ensure all details are correctly maintained
- Ensure that functions venue is properly setup per company standard and maintain high customer satisfaction

**Management**:

- Be familiar with and operate to the Scope of Work/SLA’s/KPI’s as defined in the Master Agreement
- Meets cafeteria financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysis variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Achieves cafeteria operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, completing audits
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Plan and conduct meetings for outlet(s) on a monthly basis to ensure staff is correctly communicated with and that staff are consistently trained and well-motivated. Attend interdepartmental meetings To ensure good cross communication between departments
- Perform other duties which are requested by the company

**; Requirements**:
- At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Possess good communication skills both spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Proactive mindset, and high willingness to learn and adapt to different situation quick is crucial for this position.
- Tough yet pleasant, highly initiative independent and possess leadership qualities
- Result-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation, positive mind, the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work in a team environment.
- Provide an effective contribution to the team’s delivery, willingly to assist and mentor colleagues. Contributes via regular feedback, to the overall performance of the delivery team.
- Promote open, constructive and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to multitask and uphold confidentially.
- Computer literate. Familiar with Microsoft office.
