**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Banking & Finance / Multimedia Design / Marketing
- 2 years working experience
- Driving License
- Travel to different state & country during off office hour and holiday
**Job Scope**:
- Handle Meeting Minutes, Presentation Slides, Schedule Of Work, Documentation & Filling
- Coordination with suppliers, partners, customers, team members to achieved business goals
- Preparation and planning of event / seminar / workshop
- Assist in document and software such as invoice, quotation, proposal
- Assist superior for daily schedule and needs
**Benefits**:
