Projecthaus PLT is a fast-growing company specializing in education consultation and job placement services. We are looking for a **Personal Assistant** to support our Director in daily tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient time management.
**Responsibilities**:
**Executive & Administrative Support**:
- Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in coordinating business meetings, events, and travel plans.
**Personal & Office Assistance**:
- Serve drinks and refreshments for the Director and guests.
- Run personal and work-related errands as required.
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure a tidy workspace for the Director.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to the Director’s office and personal area.
**General Support**:
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Director.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders when needed.
- Support the Director in organizing daily tasks to improve efficiency.
**Requirements**:
✔ Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or similar role is preferred.
✔ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
✔ Strong communication skills and professionalism.
✔ Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
✔ Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
✔ Willing to run errands and assist with personal tasks when needed.
