We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for our CEO Office.
This role provides direct exposure to senior-level decision-making and the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, professional environment within a reputable investment holding group.
Executive Assistant – CEO Office
Job Scope:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings and travel logistics with precision and efficiency
- Coordinate documents, presentations and reports across departments for both physical and virtual meetings
- Host and facilitate virtual meetings (ZOOM) confidently, ensuring professional representation of the company
- Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items when required
- Track and ensure smooth execution of key deliverables across teams
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense claims, purchase order (PO) approvals via SAP and payment reminders
- Maintain confidentiality while liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree qualifications in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior management
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency required for effective communication with diverse stakeholders
- Well-groomed, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
