**Job Summary**:

- The roles and responsibilities of an RPA Developer include designing, developing and implementing innovative that enhance business productivity and maximize efficiency.**General Responsibilities**:

- Designing business processes for automation
- Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency with minimum risk of errors
- Deploy RPA components including bots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.
- Monitoring and maintaining automation post
- implementation and resolving any potential issue to ensure smooth business operations
- Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward
- Understanding the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process.
- Work closely with Business Analyst and business users to understand the requirements, as-is and to-be process to deliver business impacting projects
- Ability to work within a team to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions, demonstrate initiative, and work to timescales with a flexible approach.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and use good judgment in prioritizing work assignments.
- Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours when needed

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Hands on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere etc.
- UiPath experience is highly preferred
- Experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Java, ASP.Net is an advantage
- Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language) Knowledge or experience in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) / advance excel / Macro / VBA
- UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) often preferred
- Knowledge of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI)
- Understanding of workflow-based logic
- Strong attention to details, critical analytical thinking and a great level of curiosity
- Superior time management skill and adherence to deadlines
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer, or related fields

**Work Experience**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in developer role
