Drive Real Business Impact
- Work directly with mid-sized to enterprise customers and become a trusted advisor for their IT and digital needs.
- Help clients modernize their business through Managed IT Services, Outsourcing, and Digital Solutions.
Own Your Sales Journey
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing — your pipeline, your wins.
- Identify new opportunities through proactive outreach, strong networking, and C-level engagements.
- Strengthen and grow existing accounts while opening new ones (50% farming, 50% hunting).
Collaborate with a Strong Team
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and internal support who ensure you're always backed by expertise.
- Contribute to solution design, RFP submissions, and customer implementations.
Build a High-Performance Portfolio
- Strategically plan sales actions and drive account coverage with structured tools (SAP, PDCA).
- Deliver insights and recommendations that genuinely help customers improve their operations.
Who Thrives in This Role

- Have 3+ years of IT sales or enterprise sales experience.
- Love building long-term customer relationships and helping clients solve real problems.
- Understand how to position IT solutions like Managed Services & Resource Outsourcing.
- Are confident with prospecting, cold calling, and engaging C-suite decision-makers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
