Aapico Avee Sdn Bhd is a leading company in the automotive industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented **Admin** to support our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
**Job Summary**
The Admin will be responsible for managing and maintaining company documentation, ensuring compliance with quality management requirements, and facilitating smooth coordination between departments. This role includes handling purchase requisitions, payment instructions, claims, overtime records, contractor matters, calibration schedules, quality rejection reports, and filing systems. The Admin will also compile Kaizen activities and stop cards, while ensuring all administrative records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain the Calibration Master List and IATF 16949 Master List.
- Issue purchase requisitions; compile daily and monthly overtime reports; manage contract worker records at month-end; and track Project Working Hours for Tooling.
- Prepare, update, and maintain work instructions, SOPs, check sheet forms, and quality rejection reports.
- Prepare and update the quality board on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as the organization chart for the Quality Department.
- Compile and maintain the filing system; update stop cards; and compile Kaizen activities.
- Provide support and assistance to superiors as required.
- Update and compile records for annual leave, medical leave, and emergency leave.
**Specific Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**
- Able to speak and understand basic English.
- Good communication and cooperation skills with internal staff.
- Basic understanding of the quality system and filing system.
- Ability to prepare and update charts accurately.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (with experience)/ Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
