职责：

1.Responsible for recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, interview arrangement, onboarding of new hires etc.;
2.Assist superior in determining recruitment targets, compile job and personnel requirements, and execute recruitment plans.

3.Assist in writing recruitment ads, maintaining and updating recruitment websites, and facilitating information communication on recruitment websites.

4.Summarize issues encountered during the recruitment process and provide reasonable suggestions for optimizing recruitment processes.

要求：

1. Fluently English and Mandarin both written and spoken;
2. Bachelor degree or above, must have working experience in cryptocurrency related industry. HR related major or HR related experience is a plus.

3. Good at team work with proactive attitude and customer orientated mindset;
4. Willing to learn and fast learner, strong motivation of self-development ;
5. Critical thinking and problem solving skills, strong communication skills and can work under pressure;
