Ready to power the energy transition? We're on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our APAC HR team.

You will join the APAC HR team of four (stationed across Malaysia and the Philippines respectively) and be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, carrying out continuous improvement processes and be involved in TA projects.

**Your Job**:

- Collaborating closely with business divisions to grasp their needs and Talent Acquisition requirements, reviewing, providing feedback and where necessary - crafting comprehensive job specifications with agreed competencies and indicators through detailed job briefings.
- Foster, maintain, monitor, and build strong partnerships across all APAC HR functions, actively informing HR decision-making to bolster and drive Talent Acquisition processes and initiatives.
- Earn trust as a partner to specific business units, guiding them through a positive TA experience and delivering essential insights throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Lead and contribute to multifaceted TA projects, from Employer Branding to DEI initiatives, Graduate Recruitment, and Talent Development.
- Where necessary - collaborate with and manage working relationships with external agencies.

**Your profile**:

- A proven track record spanning 4 to 5 years in talent acquisition.
- Organized, reliable, energetic, and positive.
- Skilled in communication, you bring clarity, strengthen connections among colleagues, and cultivate a culture of collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study.
- You are based in Malaysia or the Philippines, with fluent command of** English. **Proficiency in a second language (relevant to ib vogt’s APAC markets) is a bonus.
- Prior experience in recruitment for the Renewable Energy sector is desirable, but not essential.
