**Job Summary**:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote the organization and attract top talent.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
