- Purpose- Responsibilities- You are responsible for establishing a partnership relationship with your stakeholders, ensuring actions that deliver what is necessary, while respecting the policies, processes, and procedures of your expertise. You are accountable for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including job offer extensions and ATS data maintenance.
- You are accountable for building and growing talent pipelines for both recurrent and unique roles through various channels.
- You are accountable for generating interest for roles through effective use of recruitment sources.
- You are accountable for fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders for alignment and commitment throughout the recruitment process.
- You are accountable for monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Education- Bachelor’s Degree: Typically in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or related HR fields.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end hiring process.
