Account Admin Assistant

**NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, GUIDANCE WILL BE PROVIDED**
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions.
- Assist in account payable and receivable, including update expenses reports.
- Responsible for accounts bookkeeping and assist in accounts transactions, checking and verification.
- Assist in billing, payment collection and arrangement.
- Ensure proper maintenance for overall filing of accounts related documents and records.
- Ensure all accounting reconciliation are prepared timely and accurately.
- Assist Manager in year-end closing and audit schedule where necessary.
- Handle general administrative task and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments.

- **Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply**:
- Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in SQL system will be given additional advantage.
- Good command of written & spoken in English.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
