**Responsibilities**:

- Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions.
- Assist in account payable and receivable, including update expenses reports.
- Responsible for accounts bookkeeping and assist in accounts transactions, checking and verification.
- Assist in billing, payment collection and arrangement.
- Ensure proper maintenance for overall filing of accounts & HR related documents and records.
- Responsible for preparing sales proposals and agreements, ensuring all details are accurate and meet client requirements.
- Responsible for general administrative tasks, including monitoring staff attendance, office cleanliness and maintenance, etc.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounts and HR departments to ensure smooth procedures.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply**:

- Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in SQL system will be given additional advantage.
- Good command of written & spoken in English.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
