This role combines administrative support and accounting tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient handling of financial documentation.
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records.
- Prepare and manage reports, memos, and other business-related documents.
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and general office maintenance.
- Organize and assist with meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.
- **Accounting & Finance Support**:
- Assist with data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time.
- Help maintain financial records and assist in bookkeeping tasks.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and assisting the accounting team during audits.
- **Recordkeeping & Documentation**:
- Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Assist in tracking and managing office expenses and petty cash.
- Support with payroll processing and other employee-related financial records when necessary.
- **Collaboration & Team Support**:
- Work closely with the accounting team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in administrative or accounting roles is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, QAD, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
- Fresh graduate that willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
