Currently, we are open for a Travel & Tour Guide Specialist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct guided tours for individuals or groups, delivering clear, accurate, and engaging commentary.
- Research, learn, and present information about the tour sites, history, culture, and relevant facts.
- Answer guest questions professionally and provide recommendations when required.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all participants during the tour.
- Assist with tour logistics including ticketing, scheduling, and crowd management.
- Adhere to company policies, health & safety regulations, and customer service standards.
- Manage unexpected situations (e.g., delays, emergencies, or guest concerns) with professionalism.
- Promote company services and enhance the overall guest experience.

**Qualifications/ Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in guiding, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Strong public speaking, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Fluency in [Bahasa Malaysia/English/other relevant languages]; multilingual ability is an advantage.
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to manage groups of people and work in outdoor/varied environments.
- Good time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long durations.
