**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for product configuration and operational parameter settings of financial platforms (digital currency, stocks, foreign exchange, commodities);
2. Collect operational market department requirements, coordinate and manage platform product requirements, and manage and maintain product systems;
3. For online operation, constantly exploring the latest online gameplay based on industry conditions, actively exploring new marketing models, and taking responsibility for the final implementation effect.。

4. Responsible for outputting various promotional materials, including but not limited to product introductions, product feature tutorials, customer cases, social media content push, etc;
5. Collaborate with channels and BD to do a good job in product introduction, improve product usage and conversion, promote customer success, and enhance customer satisfaction;
6. Effectively integrate various channels or ecological resources, enhance the conversion of various links, and obtain more customer leads.

7. Track the various business processes of the product and be responsible for liaising with various departments

岗位职责

1、负责金融平台(数字货币、股票、外汇、大宗商品)的产品配置及运营参数设置等工作；

2、收集运营市场部门需求、统筹管理平台产品需求及产品体系的管理与维护；

3、从线上运营侧，结合行业情况不断探索最新线上最新的玩法，积极探索全新的营销模式，且为最终落地效果负责。

4、负责各类宣传材料的内容输出，包括不限于产品介绍、产品功能教程、客户案例、社媒内容推送等；

5、 和渠道、BD打配合，做好产品导入工作，提升产品使用率及转化，促进客户成功，提升客户满意度；

6、 有效整合各渠道或生态资源，提升各环节转化，获取更多客户线索。

7、跟踪产品的各项业务流程，负责与各合作单位的联络工作

**Requirements**:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in financial products, experience in operating digital currency exchange products, understanding of financial knowledge, and a deep understanding of products and models;
2. Sensitive to data, with strong logic, excellent business sense and product sharpness, with a certain level of business breaking ability, able to continuously learn and grow;
3. Having a high sense of responsibility, strong self drive, and ability to withstand pressure, good at cooperation, coordinating and scheduling resources to promote business development;
4. Work experience in well-known internet companies, internet finance industry, and banking companies is preferred, and experience in coordinating large-scale projects is preferred.

5. Those with good English reading and writing skills, a background in studying abroad, and English speaking skills will receive additional points (not required).

1、本科以上学历，3年以上金融产品经验，有数字货币交易所产品运营经验，了解金融知识，对产品及模式有深度理解；

2、对数据敏感，逻辑性强，优秀的业务sense和产品锐度，有一定的业务破局能力，能持续学习和成长；

3、具备高度的责任心和较强的自我驱动力、抗压能力，善于合作，善于协调和调度资源推动业务发展；

4、有知名互联网、互联网金融、银行类公司相关工作经验者优先，有大型项目统筹经验者优先。

5、拥有良好的英语读写能力，有留学背景及英语口语能力者加分（非必须）。
