**Responsibilities**:
As a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for all visitors and clients while providing essential administrative support to the office. Your duties include:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently; record and relay accurate messages when necessary.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
- Support agency-related administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
- Conduct general telemarketing activities, including follow-up calls and responding to inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and pantry stock.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
- Any ad-hoc assigned by management.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
- Additional coursework in office management or business administration is helpful.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Malay. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
