**Job Descriptions**:

- Assist in preparing, baking, and presenting bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery items as per menu requirements.
- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards set by the Pastry Chef and Executive Chef.
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in the bakery section at all times.
- Support with ingredient preparation, weighing, and mixing to ensure consistency and quality.
- Assist in stock control of bakery ingredients, report shortages, and minimize wastage.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support canteen service during school meal times.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastry, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bakery/pastry, preferably in catering, hotels, or institutional kitchens.
- Knowledge of basic bakery techniques, recipes, and food safety standards.
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and deliver consistent results under supervision.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural school environment.
- Professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
