**The Role**:
We’re seeking a top-tier Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive new client acquisitions, and grow revenue in the website development and SEO space. You’ll work with a talented team of developers and marketers, turning leads into loyal clients while earning a standout income.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Hunt and close high-value deals for website development, SEO services, and digital solutions.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, from SMBs to enterprise-level businesses.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to refine pitches and capitalize on inbound leads.
- Develop sales strategies that align with our agency’s growth goals and industry trends.
- Represent our brand with confidence, showcasing our expertise in digital transformation.

**What You Bring**:

- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in digital marketing, website development, or SEO.
- Proven track record of hitting (and exceeding) sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital agency services—bonus points if you can talk SEO and web dev fluently.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a hunger to earn big through performance.
