**About the Role**:
You're likely to focus on building long-term relationships with merchants rather than hitting one-off targets. This role will allow you to build a relationship between WOGI and its strategic partners and bring new partners in. You'll work closely with merchants, acting as an all-round business consultant to identify and support our business needs by creating vibrant rewards and drive incentive driven behavior.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Acquire, develop and grow new accounts across merchant units in Singapore and Malaysia
- Manage and execute all processes and discussions in finalizing brand partnerships
- Assist with lead generation and partnership identification opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia
- Assist in building up catalog profile for client proposals or align with client campaign requirements. Ensure all campaigns/projects are set up for success in Singapore and Malaysia
- Supporting administrative processes
- Provide support for all assigned projects for Singapore and Malaysia market
- Other adhoc duties as assigned

- Not afraid of cold calling and presenting ideas
- Systematic and meticulous with an eye for detail
- Excellent written communication and communication skill. Fluent in English.
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative and able to display roll-up-your sleeves attitude.
- Team Player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and a willing to learn attitude. Able to work independently.
- Knowledgeable in consumer brands and trends in Asia, especially Singapore and Malaysia is a plus
- Internship experience in related fields of work is a plus
- Looking to gain knowledge on the latest solutions/technology/trends in the rewards industry, a stepping stone for you to enter the digital rewards space/tech startups or simply gain a vast network of connections and jumpstart your career
- Willing to jump into projects and situations, take control and ownership of matters as if its your own
- Hungry, with a willingness to go after knowledge and learning to the best of your ability
- Someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating, and striking out partnerships that is mutually beneficial for both parties.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
