Marketing Executive

Job Description & Requirements:

We're looking for a fun, motivated, and driven team player to join our Marketing team on a full-time basis

Responsibilities include:

a/Marketing

  • Supporting the development and execution of the brand's communications and activities in all channels in Malaysia
  • Writing product copy and captions in accordance with the brand voice
  • Updating, maintaining and enhancing eCommerce website with relevant content to prepare for collection launches and deliver an excellent online shopping experience for our customers
  • Supporting the planning, tracking and management of content calendars and creative assets
  • Coordinating and tracking performance of brand's communications and initiatives, to compile into a weekly round-up
  • Supporting local influencer partnerships, press, and customer relations
  • Monitoring industry trends, and assisting in the execution of digital and offline initiatives to increase customer acquisition and engagement
  • Assisting in local photoshoots and providing logistics and operational support as required
  • Collaborating with other internal teams (e.g., product, sales, or customer service) to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives

b/Creative Design & Visual Communication

  • Developing visual assets and executing creative design projects, such as branding and events collaterals, website banners, newsletters, etc. to amplify our brand message
  • Communicating with and coordinating across external production resources to ensure optimal delivery of proposed designs
  • Supporting in visual documentation of local events and partnerships
  • Systematic archiving of all graphic-related documents

Skills & Requirements

  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Communications, Business Marketing, or any other related fields
  • Min. 3 years working experience in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Development
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Malaysian market, consumer behavior, and cultural trends to tailor marketing strategies accordingly
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/ Illustrator)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Keen sense of graphic design with well-developed aesthetic judgment
  • Project management skills, such as managing deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Collaborative personality with initiative and creativity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
