The Exclusive Networks Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Executive to join us in Malaysia.

This is a great opportunity for someone that is starting out in marketing In this role, youll support the marketing team with a variety of activities, including helping to run campaigns, organize events, and create marketing materials. You'll help keep everything running smoothly and make sure the right messages reach the right people.

Youll also get the chance to work closely with our regional team and learn how to turn big-picture strategies into real marketing actions in the Singapore market. Its a hands-on role where youll build valuable experience and play a part in growing both our brand and those of our partners.

This role reports to the Country Manager and has dotted line accountability to the APAC Marketing Director. The role will be part of the APAC Marketing team.

This is a great opportunity to use and develop your skills as we evolve the marketing function within the APAC region.
**As the Marketing Executive, you will**:

- Campaign Support: Help the team with the planning and running of marketing campaigns across different channels such as digital, print, and events.
- Marketing Materials: Support the creation of sales and marketing materials like brochures, product sheets, and presentations by working with internal teams and partners.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing events such as trade shows, webinars, and other customer or partner-facing activities.
- Social media & Website Updates: Regularly update the companys social media accounts and website with fresh and engaging content.
- MDF & COOP Support: Learn about vendor marketing funds (MDF/COOP) and help with tracking spending, submitting claims, and making sure all requirements are followed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support planned marketing activities and ensure all materials are delivered on time.
- Performance Tracking: Help gather and organize campaign results and feedback to support future planning and reporting.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |**About you**

**The ideal Marketing Executive**:

- 1+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the IT, technology, or distribution industries.
- Proactive Attitude: Willing to take initiative and follow through on tasks with guidance from the team.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills; comfortable sharing ideas and asking questions.
- Team Collaboration: Able to work well with others and communicate clearly with both colleagues and external contacts.
- Basic Software Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and open to learning more.
- Organizational Skills: Able to stay organized, manage your time well, and handle several tasks at once with support from the team.
- Willingness to Learn Tools: Interest in learning marketing tools like HubSpot or Eloqua; any experience with CRM systems or basic SEO is a bonus but not required.
