**About the Role**

We are looking for a high-performing and strategic **Sales & Channel Manager** to lead and expand our national and regional beverage distribution network. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building trade partnerships, and implementing impactful sell-out strategies across distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients.

This role is ideal for a sales leader with deep experience in FMCG or beverages who thrives in both execution and strategic partner management.

**Key Responsibilities**: Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Drive sell-out strategies to boost market penetration and off-take.
- Monitor and manage pricing, trade spend, and margins.
- Track sales targets and ensure consistent growth across regions and channels.

Channel & Partner Management
- Identify and appoint distributors, retailers, and strategic partners nationwide.
- Oversee distributor performance and channel alignment.
- Resolve conflicts, optimize coverage, and negotiate terms.
- Implement channel-specific trade programs and promotions.

Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales reps and merchandisers.
- Set KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure execution of A&P campaigns.

Reporting & Analysis
- Track channel sales, trade ROI, and forecast accuracy.
- Use CRM/ERP systems to manage pipelines and performance data.
- Work closely with finance and supply chain for stock availability and distribution efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian citizenship is **mandatory**.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **5-8 years of experience** in sales and distribution (F&B, FMCG, or beverages preferred).
- Proven success in **channel development**, **key account management**, and **distributor relations**.
- Strong team leadership skills with field sales experience.
- Skilled in analytics, CRM tools, and sales tracking.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
