Position: Channel Sales Manager – Fleet Management Solutions (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to drive and expand our Fleet Management Solution partner network in Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, who can effectively recruit, onboard, and grow reseller and distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to expand Tramigo's Fleet Management Solution presence in Malaysia.
· Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers and distributors, ensuring alignment with Tramigo's business objectives.
· Manage and nurture existing channel partners to drive sales growth and increase market penetration.
· Provide partners with training, sales tools, and marketing support to enhance their performance.
· Track sales pipeline and partner performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts.
· Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to drive joint campaigns and lead generation efforts.
· Negotiate and manage channel agreements, ensuring compliance with Tramigo's pricing and policies.
· Represent Tramigo at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to strengthen brand presence.
We expect from you:
· 3+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management.
· Strong network of resellers, distributors, or system integrators in the Fleet Management industry is a plus.
· Proven ability to develop and execute channel sales strategies and drive revenue through partners.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple partners, and drive business growth.
· Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
· Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
· Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for partner engagements.
· A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
· Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
· Must possess your own transport.
Additional assets:
· Knowledge of GPS Trackers and Radio Communications.
· Experience working with government agencies, public safety, or enterprise clients.
· Strong understanding of the Malaysian B2B and channel sales landscape.
