**Role: Student Enquiry Officer (6 months contract)**

**As a Student Enquiry Officer, this is what you’ll be doing**:
**Role responsibilities**
- Efficiently answering, screening, and transferring all calls to the right department; where necessary, assisting callers with general questions or taking messages.
- Enter and maintain detailed and accurate prospect profiles via the CRM.
- And any other duties that fall within the scope and purpose of the role.

**Key skills and experience**
- Post-secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- Be available to work a variety of day shifts (between the span of 7am
- 9pm), as well as weekends and statutory holidays.
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Well-organised, has good administration skills, and IT literate
